Athena is named after the Greek goddess who was a warrior and a protectress. Her energy is powerful and deters all negative forces that are around her.

This print is part of my Faegelic series in which I seek to illuminate the mystical realm of fairies and angels. Images evolve slowly as I manipulate the paint until the figures emerge into their unique angelic form. The original oil painting was painting on a copper plate.
