Shipping + Returns 

Domestic U.S. Shipping Policy:
I do my best to package and ship orders within three days (excluding weekends and holidays) upon receipt of your order email confirmation.  You will receive an email notification when the order has been shipped. The order confirmation will include a shipping tracking number.

Packaging:
All paintings are packaged in an appropriately sized box with adequate cushioning to protect artwork and keep it from shaking during transit. 

Prints are sandwiched between protective cardboard and packaged to ensure it will arrive safely without dents or bends.

Please know that your item will be handled with care.

Print Orders:
My art is printed on demand. I use a local fine art printer and turnaround time can be up to two weeks. You will receive an order confirmation email that will state the expected ship date.

Shipping Carriers: USPS 

Taxes:
Taxes are included in the price.

Curbside Pick-up: local pick-up is available.

International Orders:
Please contact me directly for international shipments.

Damages:
All shipments will include insurance for the value of the artwork.  Melanie Bethke is not liable for any lost or damaged items. If an item is lost and/or damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save and take photos of all packing materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Refunds & Returns: All sales are final except under special considerations. I want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase and under certain conditions a return may be accepted and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Under these conditions returns must be completed within 30 days of receipt with a full refund of item charged less cost of all shipping and transaction fees.
